Even
though the Swiss Hotel School offers a 3 year
Hospitality Management Diploma, the culinary
side of our course is a fairly large one.
The
college has an 80 seat restaurant to offer with
a large, modernized industrial kitchen which is
used on a daily basis to cater for the public
and students.
Students in the first year will be split into
three groups which will rotate weekly between
Kitchen, Service and Housekeeping Duties
ensuring every student gains back ground
knowledge of the three most important aspects of
Hotel management. |
