The Good Food and Good Wine show being the biggest wining and dining exhibition for the past few years  often requires a lot of extra out sourcing for certain companies.

The Swiss Hotel school students have been privileged enough over the past three years to work in conjunction with well established companies such as Checkers in 2006 and All Gold in 2008.

We as students are hauled in annually to help on the front line for such major culinary events.
