Each year the graduating class is given the opportunity to run their own restaurant for one month. While combining their passion, energy and enthusiasm, the 2009 graduates offered a warm and unique dining experience, at their restaurant, "Signature 21".

The 2010 third year students will be opening their restaurant, "Dijou", in September this year
