For the 2009/2010, European winter season Bernadette Katandika worked in F&B in The Seminar Hotel, UnterAegeri, James Millar (Eiffel Tower) and Tsepho Kgame at the Laudinella Hotel, St Moritz, Sinabo Dlamini at the Gastof Metzg in Staffa and Laura Moschini (the one licking the ice wall??) at the prestigious Victoria Jungfrau Hotel in Interlaken.
