Professional Chef Programme:
Tuition Fees

First-time students will be required to complete an entry assessment and interview. A R400 application and administration fee will cover the assessment costs and is payable on the day of the assessment.


The confirmation deposit is an advance on the tuition fee for new students to activate the registration after successful completion of the entry assessment.  Enrolment for courses thereafter will not require a deposit.

Fees include all the training aids required for the completion of the programme such as uniforms, textbooks and knife set.


Fees for the Higher Certificate Pastry & Bakery Course assume returning students who have completed the Professional Cookery Higher Certificate. Direct entry students into the Pastry and Bakery Higher Certificate will be charged approximately R2000 extra to cover uniforms.

The cost for food products used during practical sessions will be covered in the meal plan.  Students will also benefit by receiving lunch on the days spent on campus.

Secure off road parking is available to students on the campus premises.  The parking fee of R400 per semester will cover the security costs.  Students to purchase remote controls.
