Director Anne Martin Announces Retirement.

At the end of August this year we bid farewell to one of our long-serving Directors and colleagues, Anne Martin.  Not only has Mrs Martin been fundamental in the development of the school over the years but has also single-handedly run the accounts department at The Swiss Hotel School.  Her attention to detail in her work and level of dedication towards students always set the benchmark for the rest of the faculty and left the bar set at an extraordinarily high level.  As sad as we are to see her go, we wish her nothing but the best in her well-deserved retirement!

Anne’s encouraging personality and selfless hard work are an example for everyone to follow and her presence will live on inside these walls for many years to come.

Nick Martin (Director & husband to Anne) writes “For all this caring Anne, personally and on behalf of everyone at SHS I want to thank you. The caring and energy will be hard to replace, but we will try.  Retirement is a massive change. But in this, as in all things, I know you will make a success.  You have earned your retirement, enjoy it.”
