Professional Chef Programme

QCTO Occupational Certificate Chef (NQF Level 5) – Fully Accredited - accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), a quality (assurance) council appointed under the Skills Development Act by the Department of Education.

Semester 1 the focus is on Kitchen Fundamentals – produce, processes, and equipment that represent foundational knowledge for the aspiring chef.

Semester 2 the focus is on Hot & Cold Kitchen – developing a theoretical knowledge required to work with a variety of different menus in a commercial environment.
