National Youth Chefs Training Programme

After three years of chopping, slicing dicing, boiling toiling mixing and whisking the NYCTP class of 2016/17 completed their final exam on Friday.


With one day a week in class, theory or practical, at the Swiss Hotel School and four days in industry it has been a challenging experience. The students will now enter the job market with some heading overseas to do internships. Good Luck.
